Award Scheme

Reward is a great motivational tool, and this is one of the methods employed at the Staffordshire Knights to get the best out of the individual. To this end, we have developed a Bronze, Silver and Gold certificate scheme, each level of which requires a number of tasks to be performed, and certain qualifications to be met.
